Hi, if your alarm is set on, when you turn it off, it will turn back on when the alarm starts, or you can select to turn it off completely. It should give you this option when turning off. Also if the touch is not working, your point of purchase is responsable for repairs & replacements. If its not letting you make call either, make sure you put your sim back in right, if it is, then you should contact your network survice supplier. One last thing. Have you tried a clean re-load of the software or updated it.
