Would appreciate if anyone could giving an suggestion according above subject. When i am entering Setup Wizard and I am trying to open email setup but the email setup can't open. Other applications are run normally.
Any suggestion is really appreciated, i am getting crazy how to solve this issue. Because i can't connect my email on My Blackberry.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
That is unusual...and could be indicative of greater problems. But, if all you want to do is resolve the ability to configure email, then via your BB Browser, go to www.blackberry.com/integrate and try configuring your email there.

Hi, try to do so, but get an "Unknown error".
In addition BBM did not react and Whatsapp did not respond in some cases.
I could not see the EMail setup, only Enterprise activation is possible, did not use that on that phone.

You might get help from this Knowledge Base. The Email Setup application is missing from the BlackBerry smartphone
