I really appreciate your effort..
But for this error a user don't need to create a new BlackBerry ID . In my opnion most user don't want to create and use a new BlackBerry ID unless no other options are available or left , because when using a new ID user will loose access to any Paid application they bought from BlackBerry world.
Regarding this error , most often this error appear when we change SIM card or while on a roaming network and changing SIM , while doing so sometime our BlackBerry ID get out of sync then this error appear on our device while accessing BlackBerry world or BlackBerry ID or anything that is associated with our BlackBerry ID . If we go through the above KB it has 3 workaround available to resolve this issue . Although # Workaround 2 is the last option , after a factory reset an user can use the same BlackBerry ID as he had earlier which will resolve his issue.
Simply changing or creating a new BlackBerry ID on BlackBerry ID Website will not resolve this issue , On BlackBerry 7 devices BlackBerry ID is deep integrated into device and will not allow user to simply put the new BlackBerry ID when we recieve this error on device , But a user had to perform a Security wipe before entering or using the new BlackBerryID .
