For the past several months, when I sync my blackberry, it shpws conflllicting appointments and asks me whether to take the data from my computer or my device. I find this confusing. The point of syncing is to ba able to sync both devices. My device started doing this in November. I got it though Best Buy. I have been to their support - I had to manually go through every conflict. I have also paid for Rogers support and was told that this alwayys happens and there is nothing to be done.
I never used to have this problem with blackberry. Can somone please help me?

This feature is actually controlled in the BlackBerry Desktop Software and not on the BlackBerry smartphone itself. What version of BlackBerry Desktop Software do you currently have installed?
