I put my phone on charger last night and this morning it was shut off and won't start up. Battery has been pulled, i have tried hooking up to BB desktop for a reboot, but there is no connection being made. Any suggestions.

If the BlackBerry smartphone is still non-responsive then I suggest contacting your network service provider for repair options.
