My blackberry 9900 is not registering on the black berry network even with a valid subscription

My blackberry Bold 9900 with;
has not been able to register on the blackberry network since the 4th of January 2013.At first i wasnt able to do anything with the,the bbm wasnt working browser to and every other application then i tried to use another network and that was when my phone got de registered after i put another sim with valid subscription into my phone have been intouch with my service provider but they seem not to have an idea of what the problem is.Am one of several complianants in Nigeria.Please am hoping this problem is solved as soon as possible.Thank you
