My blackberry curve 8520 only loads to 75%

I was using my blackberry today and it kept getting stuck so I decided to take out the battery in an attempt of rebooting it, when it turned back on the loading screen appeared and it got stuck at around 75%, I took it out and did again with same results. I tried everything, removing the sim and the memory card, leaving it 20 mins, leaving it off, I even tried to turn it on on safe mode and it didn't work, please help. It's a new phone, it didn't take any damage, it never fell, it never went anywhere near water.

Please use plain text.

Re: My blackberry curve 8520 only loads to 75%

Hello,

About Safe Mode...did it not get into Safe Mode, with the same 75% situation? Or something else? And how long are you waiting before declaring it's "stuck" at 75%?

If you can't get it into Safe Mode, then these drastic measures may be all that you can try:

Hopefully you already have a good backup of your data, because in this condition, it's likely that you won't get the chance to take one.

Good luck!
