My blackberry won't loading and turn on

Hi, i would like to ask, why my dakota 9900 don't want to turn on? when loading it's not finish and freeze like that.. i already take out the battery for a long time but when i try to put in the battery, again the loading is not finish.. is there something wrong with my bb? thank you..

Have you recently installed any new themes or applications?

 

If so, try starting the device in Safe Mode and delete those apps from your Options > Device > Application Management.
