I have wireless rec turned on, and my contacts and calender sync, but when i delete an email in my outlook it does not delete on my bold. The olny way it does is if i select "reconcile" from the menu. But i should not have to do this evey time i delete from outlook, my curve did not have to do this. It reconciled on its on.
Is there a setting i need to turn on.
