My bold went into a software update and has been backing up my data for about 5 hours. Help!

I downloaded software updates to my Blackberry Bold 9930 this morning and when I went to install it, it went into back up mode, which is has been stuck at 8% for over 5 hours. Help!

The same exact thing happened to me! I've been stuck at 16% for 3 hours! I'm so annoyed!

Did either of you fix this problem? I've been trying to finish this update now for the last 8 hours and I'm still stuck at 7%.

I too downloaded software 12 hours ago and now my phone is completely dead. Will not turn on at all. Unbelievable

It finally downloaded but my phone is crashed. It won't work at all and I am extremely frustrated! I cannot use any keys, my touch screen will not work, nothing.

Have had to take mine in for repair - luckily under warranty - not at all pleased. Obviously a corrupt download

Downloaded the software update for bold 9900 8 hours ago. Still phone is still "backing up" my data stuck at 0%. Can't use my work phone in any capacity! Absolutely unacceptable RIM!
