My new BB will not leave the connection screen even after powering off. I am trying to set up this new phone and I am stuck..Please help[

Please provide some details like what are you trying to setup and which Connection sereen you were struck ?

 

Have you tried a Battery pull restart ? If not then do it by removing the battery while your device is Powered On wait for a min. then re-insert it back . Please try it and  let us know.
