Good morning everyone,
I have a BB Bold 9900 which keeps turning on and off. I did the soft, hard, and factory reset but the phone is still not working properly. I even reinstalled the software using the "update" tool on BB desktop manager (installing a recent version or an older version of the software).
Has anyone ever experienced it and found a solution? Otherwise my team's BB Bold 9900 are going to be changed.
