My phone this morning, the touch screen isn't working and the scroll also isn't working but still clicks. The camera is also not working although these were all working last night. All the other buttons work and when it was plugged in, it said there was no software update for it. How do I fix this?
When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
