I got a new bb bold 9790 literally two days ago, it's been working fine however today I plugged it in the charge from my laptop and it has come up with 'Error 102, visit blackberry.com/102' this redirects me to somewhere useless and I cannot make my phone work, even when I take out the battery to reboot it it goes right back to that screen, I know I have a 7 day cooling off period to get a new phone but a) that's a lot of fuss and leaving me without a phone for a few days while each phone is posted back both ways and b) I took photos tonight which are saved to not to a memory card but to a phone which I want and don't want to loose by just sending the phone back! Help me please x
