Hello!
it is nice to be on this forum.
i need help with my Blackberry Bold 9900 that was sent to me from the US.
It has 4G and 4G is not available in my country Nigeria. it is just 3G for now.
What can i do as it is not browsing and i cant use all the BB stuff. even after putting BES
I will really appreciate if some responds to this with an answer.

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
If you have a BES account then you have to talk with your BES administrators , they controls your device . They can put restriction even on Browsing . So contact them to know about this issue.
