Need to make wireless default connection

Hi all,

 

I have Bold 9780 and I was join to BBM service with my Network provider (Vodafone) and I canceled the services.

 

when I try to open any application use the internet like WhatsApp or App World it don't connect and give message to connect to wireless (I already connected) but the default browser is working well and I can open a lot of sites.

 

So How can I solve this issue?

When it says Wireless it actually means Cellular, not WiFi. Some apps on the device will not work without a BIS connection. App world should work though.

Have you restarted the device since you cancelled the service with Vodafone?
