i have just moved from Egypt to Germany with my BB Bold 9900. I received a sim card with black berry tarrif activated from Vodafone D2 however when i insert it and after applying the PIN code correctly, i receive a request to enter the Network MEP code.

Any idea how can i get this code?

Hi & welcome to the community..!

Your device is locked with your previous carrier that is why it is not accepting another carrier's SIM card, you may have words with your carrier to unlock your blackberry.

See RIM doesn't provide unlock code and all, 

If you really want it unlocked, look at unlock.berryreview.com for few $ unlocking cost.
