Network Problems

i have had this problem for a fair few months now but have not taken any notice of it. i randomly lose internet access with but still have full use of certain app's like bbm and whatsapp & full signal (3G)

for example if i restart my phone before i go to sleep, wake up the next morning, about an hour or so in to my day i will open the facebook or twitter app and my feed's wont refresh although i have perfectly fine network and my whatsapp & bbm work fine

the same problem is with the browser, i try search something and have no luck either.

can you please help?

Hello, you may have to reset your BlackBerry OS or Update it, you can do it via BlackBerry Desktop Software.
