Oh, so you have a 9900, not a 9780? I'm not sure if Globacom Nigeria is the same as Globacom F100, but if so, there is a software upgrade available here:
Can you also take a look up at the different network selections that I listed above and let me know which you see? Also try the battery pull as I suggested, or if you've already done that, let us know.
