I have changed companies and have a new Blackberry. I still have my Blackberry user name and password and want to download all of the apps that I had. How do I download them to my new phone number

To re-install your apps, please see this KB:

  • KB17625 How to install or transfer previously purchased applications from BlackBerry App World to a BlackBerry smartphone

If your old device had BB ID, then you need to log into your new BB using that same BB ID.
