New problem encountered in Blackberry Bold 9780

I have encountered a mischivious problem today ... I installed a program on my BB from apps world and restarted my mobile but to my utter surprise the phone kept on restarting more than 15-16 times ... now I am worried as to what has gone wrong and how do I rectify it ... as I am not able to get my phone ON so that I can uninstall the software ...

ANY suggestions please ... al my contacts and other stuffs are stuck in my phone ... and I didn;t take any backup yet since long time back ...

Welcome to the Community,

 

Go to safe mode and then uninstall the apps that you had installed,Always remember it is highly recommended to keep a backup regularly for this kind of situations : How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode
