New to Blackberry and having a problem

Hi, 1- I have 2 e-mail accounts on my BB Bold. When I receive e-mails they appear a couple of minutes on the screen and then they disappear. Then, I only see the sent e-mails, not the received e-mails. How can I keep my received e-mails on my BB?

Hi,

 

Welcome :smileyhappy:

 

I don't know if it will works, but try to stand by the phone, then remove and replace the accu.

The phone will reset (not your parameters and applications, don't worry) and maybe the issue will be fixed.
