No Access to Voicemail on Options Page

I am trying to access my voicemail access number, and have seen on this forum that this can be accessed via Menu -> Options -> Voicemail.  However, I do not even have that option on my Blackberry Bold.  My carrier is AT&T.  Is this something that AT&T centralizes/maintains?  I would think that the dialed number would be a phone option.

 

Is there another path to access the Voicemail setup options?  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am a bit vexed.

enter your CALL LOG (press the GREEN dial key) then Menu > Options > Voice Mail.
