No email chimes alerting me to new emails.

I have checked this over and over but still cannot figure out why I have no alert when I get an email.  I have it set to a specific chime, it isn't on mute and my text chimes work, so why isn't my email chime working?  They first worked when I originally activated it today but now it isn't working.  

 

Any ideas?

I did all those steps when I initially set up the phone but for some reason email doesn't give me any sound when I get an email.  The LED light works though; that is the only way I know I've got an email besides looking occasionally at the phone.

 

The sound works on my phone so that isn't an issue.  It's just email alerts.

When you go to Advanced you should see several different profiles.  You can edit each one however you desire.  Open the active one and edit it.  In the list that opens you should see settings for every app that gives notifications.  Click on the one that says "Messages" and has your email address next to it.  In there you can set everything for "In holster" and "Out of holster."

Thank you soooo much John!  How frustrating these little things can be, but that was the one thing I overlooked  - the out of holster option. It seems to work now.
