I spoke with CS tech, and he stated that they were having network issues since 1am, 1/1/09. I also ran a diagnostic test and it did not connect to any of my email addresses on my bold. Hopefully, they will resolve this issue soon. Cannot work on the go without email service to my bold. Frustrating convenience. Yes, sometimes we are spoiled with technology and gadgets.
