No option to send

I have two emil accounts set up on my Curve.

One can perfrom all functions normally. The other is an enterprise email account and I don't have the "send" option when I try to reply to an email. I can receive, send and forward but not able to rely.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: No option to send

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I take it you are setup up BES on a corporate server?

Have your IT folks delete the account, recreate it and resend the service books

Let me know if this helps!

Thanks

Re: No option to send

Deleting the account on the BES might be a little drastic for a first resort.  I'd say try sending the service books and if that doesn't work, delete all the [Desktop] service books and then reactivate on the BES.  This will have no ill-effects on your BIS accounts.  Deleting the BES account removes all your settings on the server and, if you wipe your device, you will lose your information.  It may be turn out to be necessary to fix the problem but I'd definitely save it for a last resort.

Re: No option to send

Your advise worked. I deleted the desk top service books and set then received a new set of service books.

Great advice - Thanks.
