No "Call Waiting" option in my BB 9650

Hello, hi there. Im into this Weird situation..

I use a BB 9650. My carrier is Grameenphone. I live in Bangladesh. The problem is that, there is no "Call Waiting, forwarding" option in my BB. I have checked the user manual, and also over the internet. But my bb shows no option of "Call forwarding" or "Call waiting" as instructed. What's the probable cause behind this??
And how may I resolve this problem?? Please help!!

That's a feature offered by your cell carrier. If they don't support that function, it wouldn't be included in the OS released by them and that's why you wouldn't see it.

 No that didn't help me either, sorry to say. This phone was brought from the USA (verizon) to use here in my country, Bangladesh. So the carrier changed right? Smiley Happy and there is no Verizon carrier here in my country! We do have others such as Airtel, Grameenphone (Telenor) etc..
