Not able to get phone on

Help

 

I have a Bold 9700. Every time I try and turn on the phone I get to the load page and it gets two-thirds complete, then the phone cuts out and I get the red indicator light on, then that goes and and it trys to reboot again, this repeats over and over and I've had no luck getting past this. Any suggestions?

Yikes!  If you've done a battery pull with the same results, you will have to reload your device software.

If you have troubles getting the desktop manager to see the phone, try trhis:
