Hello all,
My BB 9700 has just lost its screen so i'm falling back to my old 9000.
I can't activate my emails though. 02email helpdesk can't help. The wise people at Carphone Warehouse where I got the phones can't do it either. I've tweeted in the BBhelp twitter site (Angryjma) although no one has responded yet (early days though).
I am with o2uk
So far I have
-Gone to setup and email settings
-Device Change, move email accounts
Then it says "type the email password to validate each email account"
underneath that it says "Blackberry Internet Service Password".
But when I type the password in the box and press "validate"
it says "Invalid .......@02email.co.uk email password. Verify your email password. If the error persists, contact o2email.co.uk
I did this and updated my password to make sure this was up to date. - but it keeps coming up as invalid.
I thought it might be my blackberry account password so I logged on, changed it to make sure it was up to date. But that password doesn't help either. The people online and in the shop couldn't help. Can anyone out there?

I had a reply from blackberry twitter (thank guys) but they sent the link to hotmail validation, not my o2email which is my work account. Not sure this is going to work. Any advice from the BB gorus out there would be really appreciated.
