Not able to see caller ID of Contacts when in Lock-Out Mode

I have new Blackberry (Bold).  When phone is in lock-out mode the Caller ID
function does not work for those numbers in my contacts.  I was able to
override with my previous BB but cannot today with this new one.  What setting
can be adjusted to allow me to see the name of caller when BB is in lock-out?

Thank You!

James

Do you have the contacts set for content protection at Options > Security > General Settings?

I do not have the ability to disable the Content protection in General Settings of security settings. It is locked in enable condition.

Ah, that user must be under a corporate IT Poicy which requies the content protection. That IT policy setting would need to be revised by the BES Admin.

That is my best "guess" on this.
