I have a BB Bold 9700 and in the past I used to connect to our POP3 mail server sitting at our office to retrieve my e-mail. It work perfectly. For some obscure reason it just stop syncing mail. I still have a Hotmail account which sync fine. I use Outlook at the office and I have made sure the settings is set to "leave a copy of the mail on the server", I have also tried to delete my Service Book entries and then to resend them. I have even tried to delete the mailbox and to add it again but with no luck. I use the phone mainly for business purposes and if I can get my office mail the phone is useless to me.
Does anyone have any suggestions or steps which I might try to rectify the problem.

Were you able to successfully reintegrate your email account? If so do you know what you have for a message count on the mail server?
