Hi, thnx for di advice..
I have try the hard reset many times but the problem continue.
In the case of the physical problem with the integrated camera, what should I do?
Do i need my phone to be repaired by een expert, or is it something that I can do myself?

Hi,
If your device is still under warranty ask your provider for a new (not refurbished) device. Use the link below to protect your personal data before turning it in.
If your device is not under warranty try doing the clean reload of the device software as suggested in the article.
You can judge how difficult it is to repair a physical problem by watching some "how-to" videos on YouTube. See the link below.
Let us know how it goes!

KB05099 Steps to take before selling or after buying a previously owned BlackBerry smartphone

Hi Dayen,
I haven't had the exact same problem that you've reported but i was distressed when the camera on my Bold 9700 just stopped taking photos! And to further complicate matters, it worked only in certain camera modes! (I have OS 6 installed).
After a few battery pulls – and some frustration – i decided to check out the camera settings for one of the profiles that wasn't working. Lo and behold, i discovered this setting:
Blackberry Key> Autofocus> Off
I remembered afterwards that I had turned this setting off in an attempt to try caputring multiple shots in rapid succession (to no avail, might I add
) about a week earlier.
After changing this setting back to: Single Shot – i was relieved to discover that my device returned to its 'normal' behaviour of taking photos in Auto mode (and Close up - these were the two settings that I tested). The video camera function was working all along and continued to work after this change.
I hope this helps you or someone else out there

Hi Kappa246,
I want to let everyone know that the problemn was my camera...
I had to let them fix it by changing the camera, so now a have a new one in my BB..
The reason it stop working was because my BB has hit the floor 2 times.
Thnx everyone for their advice, I appreciate..

@Dayden: I'm glad that you can now use your device in its entirety - the 9700 (and subsequent Bold models) help to make BB ownership worthwhile.
