10 hours ago we were told a fix was imminent.
If you ask questions on the Facebook site then you are blocked and removed from the site.
If you question anything on Twitter the post is removed.
Just be honest and say when we are going to be able to use the handsets again!
If I have to go out and buy another handset to be able to carry out my business then the bill will be coming to RIM as the promised service and resolutions have not been forthcoming - what a bad way to run a business.
Just update us please.....

It's incredible i'm a small company. I need my mails...no news from anywhere....what can we do !!!!

It's going to be the same on every other platform, no reply (and there is no email address or phone number available to contact customer services either)
