Outage

10 hours ago we were told a fix was imminent.

If you ask questions on the Facebook site then you are blocked and removed from the site.

If you question anything on Twitter the post is removed.

 

Just be honest and say when we are going to be able to use the handsets again!

 

If I have to go out and buy another handset to be able to carry out my business then the bill will be coming to RIM as the promised service and resolutions have not been forthcoming - what a bad way to run a business.

 

Just update us please.....

It's incredible i'm a small company. I need my mails...no news from anywhere....what can we do !!!!

iphone 4S ordered for Friday! this is really bad - if the Blackberry push art is not working why cannot they let the service provider get us to use POP3 and allow normal internet service..
