Re: Outlook calendar sync

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

First off, BB's and iPhones are different...they cannot be compared point for point. With a BB, what you are attempting is capable in only specific circumstances.

1) You purchase and activate a BES-level email service from some 3rd party seller (no, I've no idea who to recommend).

  • KB03652 Comparing BlackBerry Internet Service and BlackBerry Enterprise Server features

2) You use an email provider that does allow for OTA calendar synchronization...I think that's limited to Google:

  • KB24204 How to enable or disable calendar synchronization with a integrated Gmail email account

Please note that only BES will provide a full pathway between your desktop Outlook and your BB (via BES). The OTA link for Google will provide the OTA calendar between the Google and the BB, but Outlook may or may not be able to reconcile with those services (you'd need to investigate how to make that work).

Good luck!
