Outlook inbox and sub folders

Hi, I have a bold with Orange (network) in the UK.


I have resently, installed Outlook on my PC's and connected to a hosting Exchange server solution. so I can now happily (well as happy as you ever can be with a microsoft product!!) send and receive emails from any of my computers and they are all sync etc.


I have also connected my email up to my Blackberry. Which all workds.


but the emails I have set up a rule for, which is, 'Sender = x, therefore place email in folder B' do not appear on my Blackberry.

When I spoke to Orange, they said I didn't have latest software...blahblahblah!


Spoke to them again last night and they said the only way I can 'see' these emails on my Blackberry, was to upgrade to an Orange Business account!


Why I ask...because the service I need is not provided by Blackberry for Consumers, onl business clients.

So what is this service? Something to be with a Server!!!

Can any clarify what the hell the women was talking about?


Why is Blackberry consciencously going out of its way to not allow a large percentage of its customers have the same facitlies as other customers.

Or is it just Orange, either what bit of technology am I being denied and how can I get it and therefore get around what Orange want me to do?
