For as long as the PDF is an email attachment, the BIS service will render it. But, once detached (or otherwise not an email attachment), then a 3rd party app is required. Starting at BB OS 7 (I think), the PDFtoGo app was included, and can render the app. Prior to that, one had to obtain that (or another) app in order to render PDFs on the BB. There are several -- though I think not for free -- search and you shall find I am sure.

Really? You are unable to find any? 3 seconds on Google, searching for "BlackBerry PDF Reader", revealed to me many many choices...I recommend that you try again.
