PLEASE HELP !!!

Hi All,

 

Need your kind help..

 

If we switch the carrier ... so do we need to format the old handset so that the settings of new carrier are installed on handset.

 

I m using BOLD 3 and hence facing problem since i switched carrier.

 

Please guide me how to format.

Hello nitekreature,

 

The BlackBerry Smartphone would first need to be unlocked, then verify with your service provider that the correct BlackBerry services are enable on your account and register the device with your service provider.
