PLS HELP email setup after device wipe

can someone pls help me to figure out how to setup email on my bold 9900 after doing a device security wipe, the only option to set up is an enterprise account but i dont know what this is, i just want to setup my live acc (hotmail)

   ps when i put my email addy n password in in the enterprise acc fields it says activation request failed a service connection is unavailable... pls hlp. 

   pps its an optus au branded phone...

First thing, at Options > Device > BlackBerryID, login in your BlackBerryID.

 

That should reconnect your former email accounts on the device.

there is n option to type id in. I did a screen wipe on email and now it asks for an enterprise account email. plz help

nsa001, I don't know what a "screen wipe" is,... did you perform a "security wipe?"

 

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?
Once you get your BIS data plan you will also see the 'internet mail' or personal email setup.
So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
