I am having an issue trying to download apps.  The device asks for an ID and password.  When entered it does not accept and there is no ability to change.

 

Blackberry, when attempting to use their website is worthless.

 

Any ideas?

With "ID" the App World wants the e-mail you used to register your BlackBerry ID, and the password is the password you chose when creating this ID.

Did this help, or am I rambling in the dark?
