I upgraded over the air to bundle 2392. It took 12-13 hours. Since then my device has been performing very poorly/slowly. Selecting an icon, say an emaill folder may take 15-30 seconds to respond, navigating in that folder is nearly impossible because of the delay. Hitting the escape or menu key can take 15-30 seconds or get no respone (maybe i run out of patience). A backup, attached to desktop manager took 3.5 hours. The delay renders the device unusable, the screen backlight times out before you can open an email. How can I reliably get back to a clean starting point and rebuild from there?
