PhONE FROZE DUring software update

i ran the software update on my bb bold 9900 and it downloaded fine but when it went to do the back up before the os update it locked up @ 4 percent and now i cant accesss my phone  help

Unplug your phone, remove the battery, reinsert the battery and see what happens.  If your phone boots up properly you can try the update again.  If it doesn't boot up properly, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Your phone should connect with the software in which case you'll be told how to proceed.  If your phone cannot connect to the software, look at this article:
