Phone not coming on

My phone stopped working yesterday night and since then it has refused to come on. I have removed the battery several times but still the same result. Someone please help! Thanks

 Connect to your OEM wall outlet battery charger, allowing it charge for a couple hours.

While still connected and powered on, remove the battery a minute to reboot. After reboot leave to fully charge to 100%.

Keep charging, keep trying with a battery pull while connected to the charger.

 

Do you see ANY LED activity or anything on screen?

Do you mean I should charge it with the battery in the phone? No I do to see any LED activity :smileysad:

Yes, absoultely, the battery IN the device.

 

Please also, tell me what OS release do you recall was on the device, do you know specifically?
