Hi, all,
I've checked (and rechecked!) the settings on my email with my Bold. I had no problems with my previous BlackBerry, but cannot get my new Bold to delete emails from my Hotmail account.
My settings are:
Wireless reconcile: Oe
On conflicts: handheld wins
None of the emails I'm sending from my phone are showing on Hotmail, either.
Any help would be SO appreciated!
Thank you!
~Jess

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS conduits for the affected email accounts.

Thank you so, so much for your detailed response. I tried every step as you said and it still does not work. I really appreciate your help, though! I'll keep trying . . .

Hi again,
Just to be clear:
1) You received, on your BB, a message from both steps 1 and 2?
2) You did the final alternative -- removing and re-creating the BIS configuration for the email account?
3) You have configured everything properly as per this KB?
Thanks!

Yes,
I got emails from both steps and have *triple* checked that I have the settings correct per your final note.

But you did not answer question 2...
