Phone not updating

My bb will not back up on any PC! I have tried on 3 different PC's now and the same thing happens, it gets to nearly complete back up and then as it starts backing up 'smart card' it stops. It goes no further and sort of freezes? This is obviously something to do with my handset. What can I do to back up my data before I go and get a replacement as this phone is only 3 months old?

If are unable to to a complete backup then please try a selective backup ,Look at this Knowledge Base go through on how to perform a selective backup.

 

KB12487 :  How  backup BlackBerry smartphone Data using BlackBerry desktop software for Windows.
