I have a BB Bold 9900 loaded with Software 7.1 Bundle 2061 on Vodafone Supplier
Whenever I try to link up the Bold to Desktop and sync everything I have problems. It always syncs my Outlook/Tasks/Organiser. Once its done this bit of sync it then shows the symbol (bottom right corner the word 'connecting' BUT when I want it to download my photos onto the PC it comes up with the message 'There is a problem connecting to your computer'
I have tried many times to select the 'Desktop 'Device Options' tab to resolve this but cannot get any further with the download without it showing me the above message.
Please help me?
