I have some photos I stored on the device memory and when I try to download them using the media manager it tells me they can't be read. My local operator told me the photos are encrypted and guided me to options, general settings, and disabled content compression for taking photos in the future. But they tell me that these photos cannot be accessed or downloaded. Is there no way of unencrypting these photos or accessing them? They're important. Can anybody help?
