Photos in Outlook don't sync.

How can I get the contacts pictures in Outlook sync whith the BB contacts? I'm using Blackberry Desktop Manager version 4.6.1.12

 

It still refuses to download the photos of my contacts on the BB.

Has anyone ever offered a solution to this problem..I'm having the "same" issue...

Is not possible at this moment.

If you have any attachment in the contact, the sync is stopped.

There are not attachments in any of my contacts.  But the photo still do not sync
