Please Help Urgent !?!?

I have try to update my blackberry bold 9930 and I get this message which not allow me to accept or agree. Please Help me.

 

The agreement contents: "This handheld device includes software that is proprietary and confidential to research in motion........if you agree, click ok"

Is this update and message ON your device or is this via the BlackBerry Desktop Software on your PC?

 

and you can not click on 'ok'?

I have try to update through blackberry desktop software and appaer agreement but I cannot accept it my version of os is: 7.0 Bundle 1341. Is it anyway how to fix this pleaseeeee

My friend I dont know why but problem is that froze my screen and appear agreement to accept but track ball and touch screen doesnt work do not let me click or go down for agree. please help

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

 

Now, try it again.

Nope this doesn't work I think that problem stands to my OS could you tell me how to downgrade OS from 7.0.0.254 to 6.1 or different  please ? I have try many thing for example BBSAK for deleting OS but I cannot install different OS only 7.0.0.254 I need help in this way my friend hope you can answer me as soon as possible.

507 simply means, no operating system was detected on the device.

 

Connect to your PC and run the Desktop Software and click to install... if that doesn't work, please post back.

Ok I try to install OS and it doesnt let me install newer OS just third one listed below. And I get agreement which not allow me to click ok. Any solution.
 
There 3 optional update for OS by view other versions:
 
1. 7.1 Bundle 1736 (v. 7.1.0.580, Platform 5.1.0.429) (recommanded)*
2.  7.1 Bundle  457 (v. 7.1.0.163, Platform 5.1.0.137)*
3. 7.0 Bundle 1341 (v. 7.0.0.254, Platform 5.0.0.459) (currently installed)
 
Even if I choose first option doesn't allow me to install " There was an error updating your software" so I get one message agreement but I cannot click or slide down to click ok with option 3.
