I have a BB Bold 9650-Verizon, I have 2 email accounts one work, the other personal. I'm having trouble with my work email, I should be able to reply to customers from my phone and then see the email on my Outlook at work--which is NOT happenning. The customer does get the email, but it does not go to my Outlook. I used to have an Android before and there was no problem, my replies from my phone were always on my Outlook. Please help!! If any more info is needed please let me know...Thanks in advance!!!

Yes, is this work email you want to also see in Outlook an enterprise BES account?... You can look at your Manage Connections screen on the BlackBerry > Services Status...
What is the status of these two items?
