Hi,

please in received a sprint branded 9930 from a friend in USA, its working alright but I can't use BIS all the networks in my country are GSM networks and I have accessed the "engineering screen contents" and tried setting it up to work but I always get the message "Blackberry Tunnel is not available". My WI-fi is off, I have restarted the phone many times but I still get that message... Please help me fix this problem, I really need internet on my phone.. Thank you..

Does Glo Ghana even offer BlackBerry BIS Data services? The 9930 model has the required GSM network bands, but your mobile provider must offer BlackBerry services and you must pay for it as well.
